These Boots Are Made For Talking
"These Boots Are Made for Talking" public art event took place in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 2004. A total of 27, eight foot by seven foot cowboy boots embellished by local and regional artists were seen throughout downtown Cheyenne. This very popular and successful campaign benefited the renovation and maintenance of the Cheyenne Union Pacific Train Depot ( a national historic landmark). In 2007 'Images of the West" let artists put their ideas to canvass using the now famous 'cowboy boot'!

Wild Horses - Enduring Independence

"Wild Horses" was painted by award winning artist Ross Lampshire of Loveland, Colorado. The mustangs have been portrayed as icons of the Western American Spirit. The mustangs were originally brought to North America by the Spaniards in the early 1500's.
