Trail of Painted Ponies

The Trail of Painted Ponies began in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2001 as a public art project intended to promote cultural tourism, showcase the artistic community in the Southwest, and raise money for worthwhile philanthropic organizations, accomplished all it's goals. The Trail of Painted Ponies enchanted hundreds of thousands of people, produced dazzling artwork, and raised almost a million dollars for youth, arts, social, animal and environmental organizations. They are now located in Arizona.

This 2'tall original Masterwork was created by artist Chad Brady. It is painted with acrylic paint to give the impression of carved leather decorated with silver and gold rosettes. It is a tribute to the artists who have decorated the saddles, tack, boots, belts and buckles of the American Cowboy.
